About Our Speakers
Amy Eisenstein, ACFRE (1A, 2A, Keynote) is a consultant, author, speaker, and the CEO and Co-Founder of the Capital Campaign Toolkit. She also developed the online fundraising course Mastering Major Gifts. Her published books include: Major Gift Fundraising for Small Shops, Raising More with Less, and 50 A$ks in 50 Weeks. Amy served as the president of the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals – New Jersey Chapter in 2014 and 2015, and received the New Jersey Consultant of the Year award in 2019. Amy became a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) in 2004 and received her advanced certification, ACFRE, in 2013. Ceci Dadisman (1B) is a nationally-recognized communications professional who is passionate about empowering nonprofit administrators with tactical knowledge and inspiration. A frequent public speaker at national and regional events, she is known for her easy-going and vernacular style, and strives to create open learning environments with an emphasis on information sharing and useful takeaways. When not on the road, she spends her days creating and managing digital marketing campaigns for clients all over the country as marketing director at FORM. profile
Susan Figler, JD, MA, (2C) has a unique combination of legal, non-profit and teaching experience. With a BA in Communication and a JD from The University of Akron, and Masters in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll University, Susan weaves her legal knowledge, and non-profit skills, experience and passion. Professionally she is an active member of non-profit boards, organizations and leadership programs, as well as a regular presenter. She maintains her community involvement in several foundations and organizations. Susan brings her passion for non-profits to the area and enjoys collaborating the unique ways legal resources and tools merge and support nonprofit causes. profile
For the past 35 years, Daniel Mansoor (1C) has devoted his professional and personal energies to the field of development and philanthropy. From senior development positions at Cornell and Brandeis Universities to his 25-year career in private consulting (GoodWorks), Mansoor has improved the fundraising and development efforts of diverse nonprofit institutions and advanced the internal development resources of his employers and clients. He has served as chief philanthropy officer at United Way of Greater Cleveland and taught the graduate course in fundraising and philanthropy at Case Western Reserve University. profile
Amy Wong (2B) is president and founder of Dot Org Solutions, an Akron-based company that helps take the frustration out of fundraising and make marketing manageable for nonprofits. She believes the world is a better place because of the special work that nonprofits do for our communities and her goal is to help nonprofits get the recognition they deserve for the role they play in the world. Amy has a B.S. in Journalism from Bowling Green State University, is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program, and is a member of AFP. profile
